SCHOLARSHIPS
Given the high costs of undergraduate institutions as well as the high costs of graduate schools, students with fewer resources maybe detracted from applying to these programs. Part of our mission with the creation of this website is to diversify the field of optometry which means recruiting students from non-traditional backgrounds who perhaps may struggle with financial hardship.
Listed below are links to potential scholarships that students may look through and consider applying for. Financial hardship should not discourage students from pursuing optometry. Scholarships are available at both the undergraduate level for pre-optometry students as well as at the graduate level for current optometry students.
